Day 3 Tuesday May 20 RETREAT / After breakfast gathering and meditation, Dr Malte Hozzel founder will guide us through the lavender fields and will share his vast knowledge of healing properties of the herbs and flowers. Johanna will be sharing ascension teachings from her new book 4 Steps to Heaven™. Group meditation, quiet time to journal. (BLD)

Day 4 Wednesday May 21 Possible market day – ST BAUME / Today we will journey to St Baume, and visit the Basilica and relics of Mary Magdalene. Optional 50-minute walk to her cave. Picnic in the countryside. Return for Dinner and evening meditation. (BLD)

Day 5 Thursday May 22 / RETREAT AM meditations, teachings. Afternoon essences land walk. Evening gathering. (BLD)

Day 6 Friday May 23 / RETREAT After breakfast, group discussion and teachings from Johanna. Lunch and time for walks, swim, writing, quiet time or going deeper in our inner awakening. BLD)

Day 7 Saturday May 24 / RETREAT and TOUR Workshops and meditations continue with time in the afternoon to visit the medieval city nearby. (BLD)

We are offering an option following our retreat to experience the history and mystery of Rennes le Chateau.

Travel to Limoux and check into the Hotel Modern Pigeon. We will visit the black Madonna and ask for her inspiration. (B&D)

Today is a wonderful magical day to explore Rennes-le-Chateau, a small hill top village in the Eastern Pyrenees. This site is the center of the mysteries of Holy Blood and Holy Grail, linked with the Knight Templars and Merovingian Kings. The secrets of Mary Magdalene are encoded in the St. Magdalene Church, Magdalene Tower and the surrounding landscape. Return to our hotel with time to explore this quaint city. (B&D

Today we will visit the healing waters of Alet-Les Bains, the Abby Nortre Dame d’Alet and the home of Nostradamus. This is a picturesque village near the Aude River. (B&D)

Day 12 Thursday May 29 / RENNES LES BAINS We will explore the area around Rennes les Bains with its thermal spa. Optional hike to the prehistoric site the Rollers and to Isis's chair. Time to see the hot springs; swim in the river or the nearby thermal swimming pool. Afternoon free time and farewell dinner (B&D)

Transfer to airport for our flight to Paris and home.
